Hi SH, Here is the analysis report for your information. For the last 2 items, after we did the preliminary analysis we decided to return the defects to vendors for further analysis. We will update again later. |

(History record. Same as email) Hi henry First of all, thank you for submitted analysis report. But there are a lot of things missed I've requested. And I reported this report initially, and will have to update below until 3JUL2020. Please update the report. 1. No power A. Find the root cause and screen factory stocks – PCBA and raw material i. Report the factory screening result ii. Report the rework STANDARD B. Provide FXN rework standard i. Provide factory rework history of 20k delivered on 26 March Lot. Including 2149688001202001050551. Update this actions. 2. No HDMI output A. The cause should be included why not detected defect in the test process in factory -> Please provide detail test log. The report show just factory manufacturing flow, can’t check test result. (i.g screen capture image, test log.) 3. LED A. IPQC keep sample check and audit daily in production line. Provide IPQC SOP before and after 4. Giftbox Damaged A. IPQC keep sample check and audit daily in production line. Provide IPQC SOP before and after 5. “5. HDMI cable no output to TV” 6. “6. Ethernet cable NG” Please update due date of 8D report 7. Box folding NG A. This section is missed. It was not counted as an official defect. B. But, we have to provide the preventive action Last one, FXN VN factory should be replaced with a regular product and return to ALT. Please let me know the schedule.
